home inspection
+ -1 moreHe charged me about $700 for the first house, which he found 32 things wrong with. He then charged me about $300 for the second house and he only found 3 things wrong with it. The floor is cracked all the way through numerous rooms in the house, and he didn't note it. I would not use them again.
Description of Work: I had two houses inspected by Gerald Matterly.
