Mr Harper was originally contacted by our moving company and was asked to contact us about repairing a chair damaged during our move. We emailed Mr. Harper pictures of the damaged chair at that time. After he failed to contact us for more than 2 weeks, the moving company contacted him again to ask him to set an appointment with us to look at the chair. Mr. Harper subsequently sent us an email stating that he would come to our house the following Friday at 4:30 pm. We responded to him asking if he could perhaps come a little earlier due to the fact that we had another previously scheduled appointment that would require us to leave the house by approximately 4:15 pm. Mr. Harper did not respond to our request nor did he show up at 4:30 pm as he had stated that he would. Although Mr. Harper was given our phone number and email address, we have yet to hear from him regarding his failure to keep the appointment he set. We consider his professionalism, punctuality and responsiveness to be a total failure.

A very nice upholstery job.  Recliner was not put back together correctly.  After complaining to  Mr. Harper Sr,, I was given the run around, phone calls were not returned, promises were made to come look at it, never kept.  I was referred to the Furniture Doctor to see if the problem could be fixed.  Within two days, I had my comfortable recliner back.  The cost for putting it back together correctly was $400.00.  I talked to John Boy Harper on 08/12/13 and showed him the invoice from Furniture Doctor.  I asked for half that price as I thought that was fair.  He said he would mail me a check within two weeks.  I still have received no check.  My next step is to take them to court for the full amount.  Mr. Harper Senior is very difficult to work with.

Outstanding. While the shop may look rough around the edges, these guys know what they are doing and put out an impeccable product.  My bench seat turned out exactly how I wanted it and in only 3 day turn around from picking out fabric to completion. Highly recommend.
