David called just before the scheduled time to tell me on of his guys had been in an accident and he needed to reschedule for the next day. No show/NO call the next day. Same story the following day. I called David numerous times with no call back! Finally Matt came and did a very professional job. David had already given me a quote for mowing but didn't return numerous calls. I was expecting him to do the work but I had to locate someone else to mow for me which is difficult to do.
