WITH THE NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW STAFF COLDWELL BANKER HAS IMPROVED GREATLY. THEIR SERVICE IS OUTSTANDING. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND USING THEIR SERVICES

stay clear of this company they are a total rip off. Work had been done and paid for that we later find out was never done in the first place. They send out their own people , but never go into the home to insure the work has been completed befor payng the service provider. When you complain to them you hear the same excuses, it is just the water in this area or the rain storms cause a problem with all the roofing it is normal for a new roof to leak, or better yet the dry wall continues to come off because of your swamp cooler, in a room we paid good money to be repaired just two months earlier. We will be moving to a different property managment as soon as our contract is up with Coldwell. They have taken advantage of us simply because we are not there to make sure things are being done properly.
