Tech service was responsive. When I can get the techs on the problem, resolution is usually prompt. Contact through customer service is usually unsatisfactory.
Description of Work: System-wide outage. Technical phone support to verify that problem, was with the provider and not my computer.

Description of Work: The cable service provided is overpriced. I'm not happy at all with number of channels. They offer no promotions. You only get about 20 channels and thats it.You don't even get HGTV.

Misleading advertisement. We've been a long time customer. I sent my payment on Dec. 19 but because of the holidays it was 2 days late, we were charged late payment fee. Ridiculous!!! We were never late in our payment for so many years, customer service is terrible. I will tell all of my friends to find another company.

The service is extremely reliable and has only been unavailable two or three times since I got it. They have come to my house twice, once for the initial installation and once to upgrade the cable modem. They arrived on time and worked quickly both times. The initial visit was to string the cable from the pole to my house (my house is old and is not wired for cable), and they trenched the cable underground as I requested. My experience with customer service on the phone and email has not been as good, and once or twice I have had to go into the local office. But overall I am very pleased with the service. They also sell cable TV service and telephone service. I signed up for basic cable TV too because the bundle is a good deal, but I hardly ever watch TV so I don't have much knowledge of how good it is. I haven't tried the phone service.

Baja Broadband professional who installed my initial cable installer promised the next visit would be free - even though the contract stated I would have to pay! Upon BB next visit - installer fully completed my other bedrooms install perfectly - No charge as promised! Please keep my address out of On-Line posting

They are the only one in town providing these services. There is a telephone company, and a cable company, and one other company providing internet, but they are very expensive. I had a satellite TV connection, but this company gave me a package, so I switched to cable TV, and they provide both my internet and cable TV. Their technicians were visibly good, but they don’t generally have good training. Everybody gets trained properly in a big city, and they get paid better in a big city. We get persons in training, we don’t get top of the line people. They are not as knowledgeable about how things work, they are friendly and efficient, but they don’t know all the bells and whistles that we can get. They don’t know how to program my remote. When they left the house my hash was down, I fiddled with it, then, I went on the internet, found the book, found out how to program it, and programmed it myself. They didn’t know what they were doing. They don’t know how to program the modes in the TV also. Their service isn’t all that great either. Their responsiveness and punctuality were excellent , they were here when they said they would be. I will continue to use them, only because of their price.
