First, it took almost 8 weeks to get this done.  When finished I immediately told them that the paint did not match.  The response was that the truck had faded being out in the NM sun for 9 yrs.  It did not even match the door jams which only set out in sun for about eight weeks since the truck (2005 Chevy 3500 crew cab dually) would not fit in their paint booth, as I would later find out.
I complained to my insurance company, they agreed.  Paint was wrong, the amount of metal flake was wrong, the vinyl 4x4 sticker had air bubbles in it.  They paid to have bedside repainted by a different paint and body shop.
On my end, the two doors and hood, they kept my radio antenna and failed to put the Duramax and Chevy emblems back on the door.  They did knock off $350 off the work that they did for me.  All I wanted was for truck to be one color.
Doors did have 3 or so coats of paint that needed removal and I think they applied the paint well, just the wrong color.
Complained to BBB which did nothing and I'm looking at getting the whole truck repainted.  Horrible, Horrible experience.
I have since found out they are no longer one of my insurance companies "preferred" shops.
