Lousy, My vet's husband is in the service and sher resigned because he was transferred. I was called the day before the appointment and was told the owner of the Clinic would not allow a 4PM appointment because the new vet is "SLOW" and the clinic owner sees me at the Post Office. They tried to schedule it for 2:30 on another day but that I am disabled and that is my nap time. They offered 3PM, but I am not up that early. Finally I was offered 3:30PM which is still too early for me but knowing they always run late, I figured that I could get there sometime between 3:30PM and 4PM. I anciently learned that I was lied to and the appointment was scheduled for 3PM! I asked if I could see the owner instead and was told his last appointment was 2:30PM. I have seen him there close to 5PM in the past. The clinic owner is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act by disputing my disability! I don't know the new vet at all but did receive professional care from Dr. Comer for the last several years. Since this clinic is denying my dog medical care, I have picked up her chart. Price varies depending on service rendered, tests performed, and medications dispensed. Price stated is the last visit that I paid for which was an allergy injection.

The office staff and Dr. Wiley were amazing when we had to bring our dog in to put to sleep. They knew about her situation for 2 weeks prior and had talked to us about options but we came to the conclusion that we couldn't allow her to suffer.
They were absolutely wonderful in how we were treated and how quickly the process went. Our dogs are our family and that is exactly how we were treated by them.
They may be expensive but it's worth it. We'll never take our animals anywhere else.

I took my dog, Belle, in and had to wait a few minutes on the initial visit as they had an emergency with an injured dog. The technician checked Belle and then the doctor came and looked at her, took vitals etc. He was very pleasant and low key, recognized Belle's discoid lupus condition and arthritis problems and approved refills of her meds. We have since been back several times. My former vet recommended an annual blood check for kidney/liver problems due to Belle's long term prednisone use. Those came back clean but they noted she had a very low thyroid function, common in older dogs. Belle is in the 10-12 age group; we do not know exactly. So another drug was added to her regimen and I do see some improvement in her energy levels and general condition as a result of two months' treatment..
We have two other dogs in the family and they have both been in too. One has a urinary infection and leakage problem and is on a special prescription diet. They get the needed food for him and provide other advice and support as needed for all canine health issues. The staff is pleasant and soon learns your name and that of your dog, provides refills on meds with a phone call a few hours in advance, and are responsive to questions and problems. The charges are reasonable for the services provided, comperable to those I have paid elsewhere.

He is good, caring and pretty thorough in checking the animals out. The price is neither much high nor low. I will use them again in the future.

I have been using this Vet Clinic for 6 years. They have been awesome in all things except for 1 vet tech I don't particularly like. She manhandled a sick cat of mine. Other than her this is a great clinic. They do a lot of internal small animal medicine. The first and quot;kiddoand quot; I took in there was a 10 yr old doberman that didn't like other people holding her. Dr Wiley let me hold her and keep her calm while he drew blood to make sure her medicine weren't causing her problems. All of my and quot;kiddo'sand quot; have gone there. I wouldn't have left this vet clinic if I hadn't moved out of the area. Dr Wiley is a great vet and very knowledgable in what he does. When I move back to that area I will be going back to him if hes still an active vet.

My 3 year old cat was showing patchiness and itching around her face and paw area. As concerned pet parents we called to make a appointment. The secretary found me an appointment that day, but unfortunately due to work i wouldn't be able to attend it, so she took another look and found me one the very next morning. We arrived about 15 min early for the appointment to fill out new patient forms. They were easy to read and fill out and we were finished with them in a matter of 5 min. After we handed them back to the secretary she input all of our information into the computer very quickly, and verified it with us to make sure it was input correctly. We were then shown directly into one of the rooms with the assistant. She helped us get the cat out of the carrier and weighed her. At this time the vet came in and completed the wellness exam. He explained everything he was doing as he did it, which was a nice change from my last Vet. He used a black light to confirm that my cat did have ring worm, and then he prescribed a topical wash due to how far it had spread. Afterwards he reviewed her history and noticed she was coming up due on some shots. So he administered them. Then back in the carrier went my cat and the vet walked us out to the counter with the medicine. he went over the medicine instructions with me again, asked if there were any questions then politely said goodbye and went on to their next patient. the secretary settled my bill with me, in a quick and efficient manner. And she scheduled a follow-up for my cat in 2 weeks. The entire staff was very pleasant the entire time.
