Appliance Sale
Rented a washer and dryer. After being told delivery would be between 12-7, delivery arrived at 7:45 pm. I only found out after I contacted the store at 6:30 that they were behind. Additionally, the delivery people lacked the proper ventilation tubing for the dryer, and told me that I would need to go to Walmart to get the piece and complete the connection myself. (Incidentally, Walmart did not carry the piece.)
After getting the dryer ventilation duct the following day, I used the washer--only to find out that it would get stuck in cycles that filled the tub with water and not shut off/continue with the remainder of the cycle. After contacting Aaron's, they brought a replacement out, but again were several hours later than when I was led to believe that they would arrive.
