Working with Sandy from Dasan Building Group felt more like hanging out with a friend rather than doing a construction project. It was the rare time that I worked with a contractor and still liked them after the project was completed. I hired Dasan Building Group to fit out the interior of a new Hand & Stone location. This was a substantial six-figure project in a 2,400 square foot space. Unlike other projects I didn't feel the need to micromanage the job. In fact, I was pretty much "hands-off" relying on weekly phone updates from Sandy regarding our progress. In addition to Sandy and his partner Dale, EVERY Dasan team member that I met was polite, friendly, willing to help, and committed to excellence. Dasan Building Group went above and beyond in every way possible, stuck to the budget, didn't nickel and dime me with ridiculous change orders, and finished the job with time to spare! I would choose Dasan Building Group for every future project that I do -- I have even come up with a couple of residential jobs I need done just to be able to continue working with them. Great! We went to a lot of different contractors and landed with DASAN. The broke out the estimates into each bucket that we asked for (something others would not do) Sandy is awesome he is there every step of the way. This was a big project for us we moved a load bearing wall and re-did the entire kitchen and laundry room. The work they did was perfect and we are very pleased with everything.

They're very easy to deal with. They are reasonably priced. The price is great. Quality is very good. I'm very satisfied. They did what they were supposed to do and when they were supposed to do it.

We did not use them because the price was out of our budget - but if I had a larger budget to work with, I would have hired them. Totally professional, on time for the estimate, came with all necessary paper work, just a little too pricey for our finances.

Dasan helped us renovate our fireplace. Before the renovation we had a large stone wood fireplace with built in shelving on both sides of the wall. We decided to keep the built in shelves but repaint them and reface the fireplace with tile. Dale was great in bringing us lots of samples to choose from and helped us make a great decision on the product. The guys came in and finished most of the demo on day 1 itself. Since the stone we had was very large and heavy they used a jack hammer to get it all down. Despite all the dust that this must have produced, the guys kept the room and rest of the house very clean. Every evening we'd come home from work to see that our furniture was injust about the same place and minimum or no dust to show of. Drew was the lead on this project and we would recommend him in the future to all our family and friends. He had a great vision for what would look good in the space, and we let him go with his ideas (E.g. design of the mantel to match the shelves). So glad we did because we absolutely love our new fireplace! The guys finished in about a week and within our intended budget. When we decide to do more work on our house Dasan will be our first call.

The shelving looks beautiful and is very functional. The job was finished in only a couple of hours with no disturbance to the work day. They were able to accommodate my needs by doing work during specific hours. When the job was finished the clean-up was immaculate. I highly recommend this company for all of your building needs and I plan to use them in the future.
