Unlike another company that I had to contact several times and got no response, they were timely, showed up when they said they would, had the product to me within 3 days, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Great, positive, professional experience.

They said they would have washer and dryer delivered within a week. It was finally delivered 2 months later. A long time to go without a washer dryer. Their delivery service was never and quot;in my area.and quot; The delivery appointment was canceled by the delivery service twice. I complained to Yudin's. They were not friendly or professional. Appeared to be pleasant at the sale, however not good at supporting delivery and installation issues. I paid $250 for installation. Front load Washer and Dryer were not installed properly. Yudin said that I had to pay another $250 to re-install the appliances. Outrageous! Manager was rude, unprofessional, nasty on the telephone and hung up on me. I will never purchase anything from this store again.

"We at Yudin's Appliances strive for 100% customer service. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the installation/delivery however we do not agree with your description of what transpired. From the beginning you advised us that you could ONLY take delivery of the appliances AFTER 4 PM. The delivery service we use is an outside delivery company and they make their own hours. We show that you placed the order for the washer & dryer on 11/04/12 and that the pair was delivered on 11/14/2012 after the original delivery dates of 11/07/12 AND 11/09/2012 would not work for you. We also show that the original delivery & install charge was $150.00 which was paid directly to the delivery service. On 11/28/2012 the delivery service went back as you advised that there was an issue with the doors. The owner of the delivery service has advised us that you requested additional work to be done with reversing the doors and that you paid them an additional $100.00 for that work. Again we are terribly sorry that you were unhappy however we must insist that you tell the truth about what transpired. You received delivery within 2 weeks of your order and that was only because it was a date and time that was convenient for you. You requested that extra work be done and you paid for that extra work because it was your request. We would have been happy to address your concerns 6 months ago when the issues arose. I bought the kitchen appliances from them on the recommendation of a showroom in Brooklyn. The showroom didn't supply stuff but they asked me to go to Yudin's. I thought very well of them. They had everything. They gave me a good price. They did something very nice. I paid for it and they just kept it until I was ready to have it installed. When they said they were going to deliver it, they delivered it and hauled away the old ones. They did it and there was no fussing. I would certainly want to use them again.

The salesperson (Jim) was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the appliances sold at Yudin's. Since my washer broke down about a week before Christmas and timing was critical, I called beforehand to ask questions about appropriate measurements and find out if delivery before the 25th was even possible. Jim was very helpful over the phone and thoroughly explained which dimensions were important. While at the showroom he answered all my questions about the brands I was considering and also provided detail about the optional pedestals available for front loading machines which I did not know anything about despite doing Internet research. I was very grateful for that input because the pedestals make the machine more convenient to use and I probably would not have realized that until after the fact. The installation and delivery went exactly according to plan and the installers were accommodating and professional.

The selection here is unbelievable. You really get personalized services. This is a company that has been around for about thirty years. It is husband and wife owned. They have history there. They were truly great and I was really impressed. They have a lot of really high end stuff like the Viking stoves, but they also carry like GE products too. The owner of the store was so accommodating and helped me decide what to get based on our individual needs too, and I really liked that a lot.
