Our company is the best of both worlds. We specialize in both household vacuum cleaners and Built-in Central vacuum systems inside the home. We also service and repair any type of household or commercial vacuum cleaner. We carry many well known brands such as Miele, Sebo, Riccar, NuTone, VacuFlo, Eureka, Hoover and more! Also, we stock many parts & accessories for vacuums. Family owned and operated since 1992, we are commited to providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction.

Brought my vacuum cleaner to Wyckoff Vacuum Center because the carpet cleaning attachment stopped working about a week ago. After looking at it, it was ascertained that the brush was blocked by dirt/hair. It was cleaned out on the spot, about a 10 min. job, at no charge. It was also recommended that I change some wiring, which I did.
The owner was professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

I found Wycoff Vacuum on Angie's List and they fit me in for a service check the next morning. They quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended that I replace the system and explained all the pros and cons of keeping existing system and repairing it vs buying new one . They quickly installed the new system which has been working well.

Now the problem was the machine just died and it was hard to find a Nutone repairperson, apparently they don't exist.
Finally through a search on the Internet we found a company who were willing to come out in 2 days, and take a look at the unit, they are 1 hr away.
They were very courteous, offerred to repair the unit....needed a new motor for approx. $100, with warranty of 1yr.
He then suggested a far superior unit that would have a warranty of 10 years as compared to 1 year for motor and was compatible with the 2 Nutone hoses we now had. With the previous experience we decided to get a new unit. He came back in 2 days and installed the new unit. We were very satisfied with the quick process, since to be without a vacuum is like being without your morning coffee.

They inspected my vacuum, diagnosed its problems, and made the necessary repairs -- quickly and at a very reasolnable price. The gentleman we dealt with was very courteous, efficient, and professional. Excellent in all respects!

Tony was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He offered us the option of both repairing and replacing and explained the pros, cons and costs of both. He did the evaluation on a Friday and returned the following Tuesday to install our new system. Tony explained the features and demonstrated how to clean the central vac system. Overall, we were very pleased and would recommend Wyckoff Vacuum Center as a reliable and professional service provider.
