I couldn't have been more pleased with the service and responsiveness of Wyckoff Power Equip. I dropped my mower off on one Friday, expecting it to take several weeks to evaluate and repair based upon other dealer conversations. Kevin was very upfront about delivery charges for parts, making sure I was well informed ahead of time when the bill arrived. Imagine my surprise when less than a week later it was ready for pickup! Service was great. He was super nice and helped me load and unload from my car. I would definitely use them again. Had I known it would have been so easy, I wouldn't have waited a month to drop it off and get it fixed. A hidden gem in Wyckoff/Midland Park.
