They did a good job! They were tidy and courteous!

Initially fine. But their replacement pump malfunctioned soon after installation. After removing that one and promising to install one of better quality I never heard from them again. I paid for the pump and installation and got exactly nothing from them. Repeated calls went unanswered and finally I had to purchase another pump and have it installed.

He was excellent. He was quick, he was efficient. He came when he said he was coming and he was thorough. He gave me a estimate that was a really good price.

Had company come for an estimate to install whole house generator. Estimate was $10,000. Deposit was $5750 which I paid immediately on 11/25/11, with an installation date of 2-4 weeks. After one month I was told that delivery was delayed for another two weeks. And then two weeks later I called for an update. They did not call back. i called five more times over the next month, phone was answered by the secretary and was promised a call back by the owner. He never called back. So, after three and a half months, I called my credit card company and disputed the charge and received the credit back. I'm glad I didn't pay by check. Based on my experience, they are a dishonest company.

He was very honest, he was not pushy, he was a really good professional person that I felt comfortable having in my home. So I had him quote me another contract for more work.

Had to have another electrician fix the lighting fixtures that they installed improperly.

I like them. They were good but they were a little bit on the pricey side. I found them to be professional, on time, reliable and they seemed to know what they were doing. I am probably going to use them again because I did get an estimate for another job that I wanted them to do, to change all the lights in my house because I have high ceilings. I like them enough to want to use them again.

The workmanship was good, and the work went fine. I thought the price was high, and I complained to them, so they called me and said they would give me a discount on my next service; they responded to my request. I would use them again in the future, but I would get a written quote prior to having the service done.

I contacted TEK electric to run two new circuits to my garage and install a motion sensor light to cover the back of the house and connect it to a light switch inside the house. They got the permit, then suggested I have my landscaper dig the trench and run the pipe under my patio to save me money. Tom Kelly came by to make sure everything looked good for the town inspector. After we passed inspection they came back and ran the circuits from the basement to the garage and tested everything. Then installed the motion sensor light and connected it to an existing switchbox. Oscar was very professional and answered questions I had along the way as well as making suggestions on different ways I can solve some of my other electrical problems. I will be happy to use them again.

Called back the same day, came for an estimate the next day and did all the work two day's later. All involved were very professional and personal. The quality of the work was excellant.

I THINK THEIR PRICES COULD BE A LITTLE BETTER, BUT THEY ARE NOT TOO BAD FOR THE KIND OF WORK THEY DO. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR THE APPOINTMENT and GOT ALL OF THE WORK DONE IN THE TIME-FRAME THEY GAVE ME BEFORE THEY STARTED.
