Water Softener Service
Yes, I recommend this pro
$135
Richard, the owner, was a true professional. He listened to me and took me seriously. He emptied the salt container and then used his cell phone to call the manufacturer. Sure enough, I was right! The plumber had assembled the salt tank incorrectly and, even though it looked like the machine was working, it really wasn't. Rich then put it all together correctly. He showed me how to reset the machine and gave me tips about the correct level for the salt. Within two days, my water was soft again. I highly recommend this company, and I wish I had hired them to begin with. They know more about water softening than the average plumber.

In general, we received good service from this service provider. He was a bit slow in responding to a concern, but once he did get back to us the problem was resolved quite satisfactorily. I would recommend this provider to others.
