I got a different lady as the old one moved but there is an owner and she is very responsive. The cleaning crews have been wonderful. I tried many cleaning services and they normally last just a couple of times before I have to get rid of them. My husband is particular about our bathrooms and the way they clean bathrooms is phenomenal. At the end of the day that is what you want cleaned. I have been using them for 7 months now after trying 4-5 different ones. They are coming out again in the next 2 weeks.
