I can't comment on the other ratings outside of saying that they were a long time ago. Pachi just completed an addition onto our home and we couldn't be happier. The old space was too tight and things look fantastic now. He was able to reuse our windows and screen to cut down on some expense and honored every aspect of his bid despite a truly massive spike in lumber prices. He managed all the subs who were each highly professional and did a great job. We took the opportunity to level the backyard and put in a small retaining wall to improve water flow during heavy rain (a problem in the past), redid our patio, and updated the front steps and walk. Throughout each step, Pachi keep things moving and kept us informed. When we had questions, he was just a text message away. As you can see, the room came out beautifully. The whole house feels larger and moving the garage door out of our family room not only made the existing room more balanced but it also gave us more space in the garage and a small mud room. We absolutely love the new space. As the construction occurred in during the summer of COVID, he limited traffic in and out of the house to only the minimum and everyone was always masked.

Very thorough.  I knew my 1935 home needed a lot of prep work, but they found and fixed cracks I'd never noticed.  Great attention to detail.  I kept thinking they must be nearly done but, no, they'd more touch-up to do.  Not in a hurry to get the job over.  Showed up promptly at 8:00 and worked until 4:00 - leaving me time to run errands.

They are doing a good work. They are right on schedule.

I can't rave enough about this company.  Pachi and his crew have the highest standard of excellence for themselves personally as well as for their work. Their work is exceptional; their work ethic is demonstrated daily. They strive for perfection and there are no shortcuts taken. They honor their word and in four months, there was not a harsh word spoken between us. Communication is key with a contractor, and with Pachi, it is made easy.  In addition, he and his crew are responsive, reliable, neat and respectful.  Pachi has been around construction since early childhood and there isn't anything he doesn't know, but he remains humble. People, including my designer, are amazed at the quallity of his work and I can't recommend him any more highly. And best of all, his prices are extremely fair.  He is a treasure!
