I hired Perennial Lawn Services to do my fall core aeration and seed in October of 2020. When the job was done, there were pockets of areas that were not seeded. I informed them in November and Charlie A, said it will be addressed. He sent David S to look at the property in late November and he said the following in an email "There are a few areas that will need some attention in the spring. The hill on the left side, the back left corner, and the right side of the driveway are the areas in particular. Ive put in a service call to visit the property around April 1st." 2021. I reminded them a few times after April 1st 2021 and on 5/5/21 David S said "Yes, it will be addressed. Thank you for your patience," However, the issue has not been addressed. When I complained to BBB, Perennial Services responded BBB saying that they have not heard from me about this issue. I can provide documented proof of the communication with Taylor W, Linn K - all cc'd on communication. Bottom line don't deal with them. If they can blatantly dispute a documented conversation, will you really trust them?

3 years of money done the drain. This year was the worst with more weeds and crabgrass than ever. Called them for the second time on 3 years to have them take care of overwhelming weeds on my front yard. They supposedly treated the weeds just before July 4th and told me it would take a few weeks before we would see a change. It’s now 4 weeks later and no change but more weeds and crabgrass. Called them again on July 27 in the morning and was told someone would come out. Thursday July 30 called again and was told Tim would be over to see me early in the morning. I stayed home till noon and nobody showed. Called on July 30 and was then told someone would come out and see me next week. This is when I cancelled the service. It’s obvious they don’t care about customer service at all. Considering that we have asked them to come back maybe 2 or 3 times over a year period. Call someone else not these guys.

We have used them for years. Sometimes the grass gets funky and they come right out to check and remedy the problem. They are very responsive to our questions.

They chemically treat our lawn & fertilize it. We are very fussy and have gone through many but have used them for at least 20 years. They are outstanding. Very reliable and owner is very nice. They call in advance to let you know when they are coming and always leave a note of what they did with instructions as to water or not water. We have been using them for years and won't change even though we were asked by others.

They are reliable and punctual, and inform me in advance when they are going to treat the property, as I have a pet and want to avoid any chemical mishaps.

They keep me informed of their scheduled visits, and give me instructions as to how to care for the lawn.

My lawn is in bad shape. I reached out to them. Someone did come and reported on what the problem was and the solution. There was never a follow up after that. I realize that I don't have the ideal conditions for a good lawn, but in the past I was able to have it look decent. I felt Perennial was not interested in even trying to improve it.

They come on schedule and do great work. I pay for the year ahead and save some money

They are very, very good.

We have a yearly contract and they do a very good job.

They are very responsive. Provide great notice as to when they will be on site.
