Barbara's Maid Service Inc

I was very dissatisfied. One girl cleaned the other walked around on the phone and just  had a feather duster  in her  had  which I provided and she did nothing but talk on her phone. Also walked everywhere carrying their purses. I paid for two girls to come and clean and I only got one that cleaned. I found two things broken and found two things missing.

They were really good. The crew was very good but didn't’t always speak english. However, they performed good work and knew what to do.

The experience has been good. She sent a nice staff. I would use them again and I would recommend them. I got her name out of a church directory. I’ve had about three of her girls and they have all been competent. They are mostly Polish girls. They might have a little trouble with the language but they know how to clean a house. It is typically just one girl and they are here between 2-3 hours and they are good.  I am very satisfied. I think I get my money's worth. I give them a $5 tip. I think the price is fair. My house looks a lot better when they leave. They don't always come at the same time but I know when they are coming and they communicate on the phone. They are foreign girls and don't know the language very well but they are honest and competent. They do what they say they will do.

I would say she is a little bit disorganized sometimes but I have no complaints with the quality of the cleaning at all. They do a very good job and the pricing is reasonable. I think they are comparable to other services in terms of price and probably a lot more reasonable than one of the well known services. I have no problem with the professionalism of the crew that shows up. If I could differentiate the professionalism then the lady who runs it will be a C and the people who show up would be a B. I do use them and would continue to use them. It works out overall.

The ladies that actually do the cleaning are wonderful. They are very good. Barbara the owner herself is a liar. You will have a regular person that comes to clean for three months and then out of the clear blue you have someone new. She doesn t tell you will have a change. She also never responds to my calls. I am upset because they didn t come; I waited two or three hours one time. They do good work, but the owner is a nightmare.
