Could not have gone any better. I shared with Aquarius what we wanted to do, they were with us every step of the way. Prices were right, we ended up putting a motor in that mounts on the side of the door. This was a big change from what we had, great idea from the guys at Aquarius as it opened up storage above my garage door we didn't know that we had. Thank You again I will highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new door, or service on their existing door.

I ordered the door on Thursday afternoon and they said it was in stock and ready to go for installation that Monday morning. Installer arrived on time and finished the job within three hours. The old door and hardware are gone and the garage was spotless. The people at the Wyckoff office are a pleasure to deal with. Everyone is friendly and yet professional with respect to executing and installing your order. The Clopay door is much more quiet than the other door because of the hardened vinyl wheels. Overall very satisfied with the service provided by them and after meeting Julie at her office I had complete confidence that if something wasn't right at the installation that she would make sure in the end it was rectified to my satisfaction.

Job went very well.  Aquarius arrived on schedule, performed the check and grease of garage door rollers, and were in and finished within 20 minutes.  We've used them in the past and have always had good results.  No problems whatsoever.

I did have a little problem. They kept postponing the installation and they gave me different reasons. I'm not really sure if those reasons were true. When they finally did have to put in, the garage door was damaged. That was one of the reasons they postponed it. When they came to install the garage doors, one of them was still damaged. The price was good. The quality seemed good. They were late. I would tell them the issues that I had. There was a problem with getting the garage doors on time. They were damaged two different times. There were a couple of small issues.

Door would not close as bottom section was damaged, so asked for earliest call that was their emergency service call. An estimate was provided after the staff closed the door. From the day of estimate, replaced the part in almost 2 weeks. Installer was an experienced professional and took 20 minutes start to finish. Parts $225, initial emergency service call $150 and labor $125 so total $500 to replace a damaged panel. Quiet an expensive replacement i would say !

I thought it went well initially. I did call them because they are a genie dealer and I needed my genie opener repaired.  They told me that genie openers are garbage and talked me into the liftmaster since it was a better product.  I recently had a problem with one of the doors slamming down when it hit the ground.  I called them to adjust the door and check it out.  I had the springs replaced previously by another company.  I was charged a service call ($90) and told that the previous company installed the wrong springs because the doors (all 3) were not counterbalanced.  They were supposed to get back to me to verify the correct spring size.  I asked why the doors were not serviced and adjusted when the openers were installed and was told that was not part of the service (which is not true...it should have been done).  They never got back to me about the springs in spite of calling and leaving a message.  I called the previous company to inspect the springs and he came out and adjusted all 3 doors perfectly.  He also verified that the springs were correct according to the manufacturer.  He did not charge me a service call since the springs were under warranty.  He also told me that he would have used a different lift master opener (carriage series) made for the heavier wooden carriage doors that I have.  Overall, I would never recommend nor use Aquarius again.  They did a bait and switch with the openers (not wanting to service the genie product), their service technician should have adjusted the doors when he installed the opener, and they never should have charged me for the service call.  They are dishonest!
