 + -1 moreMike Amendola is a phenomenal house inspector. He was highly recommended to us by a variety of people, and lived up to it. We used him twice: once for a home which he found a lot of problems with (which saved us a lot of money and grief in the long run!!), and a second time for our present house. After the first experience, of finding many many problems, we knew we could only use him the second time. Even the sellers (the second time) had high praise, since he discovered that their AC was about to start leaking. Their AC tech. who came to fix it said "the guy is a genius".
