I am writing to express complete satisfaction with the installation of the new windows at my house. The installer, Norbert, is a true craftsman and a real professional. He performed admirably, and was courteous in every respect. Though I had to leave home in midst of his work, when I returned, everything was cleaned up, nicely finished and secured. Additional repair on my broken doors was also done with no extra charge. I could not ask for more.
