The man who Showed up was very nice and gave me a quote for $1200 saying he could have it done in in the next two weeks... 4 weeks later my wife calls me up and says the lawn guys are here.. I had assumed they were not coming and seeded the lawn myself.. Needless to say they added topsoil and seeded as promised. The next day the bill arrive (right on time for $2100.) I can see 10/15% variance but 80% is a ripoff.. if I Knew that I wouldn't have done it.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY ALSO GAVE ME A FREE PRICE QUOTE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES VERY NICELY. THEY DID SHOW UP ON TIME AND I DO RECOMMEND THEM. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING IN REGARDS TO THE LAWN AND SHRUBS. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UP WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, SO IN THE END, THEY JUST STOPPED CALLING TO SAY WHEN THEY WOULD COME. THEY WERE VERY SLOW AND UNRESPONSIVE.
