"Phenomenal company! Billy and Mike were absolute professionals. All Green was able to schedule me within two days and arrived on time. They are both friendly guys who take great pride in their work and explained everything I wanted/needed to know in a thorough and understandable manner. I have an aging a/c system that had been neglected on the service side by the previous owner, so I was expecting the worst. After inspecting and testing the units involved with the system, Billy and Mike were able to diagnose and fix all problems for for a fraction of what I was expecting to pay. After the repairs were made, the a/c system is working like a charm and cooling noticeably better than last year. We're ready for summer! Many thanks to All Green. I highly recommend their services and will most certainly be contacting them in the future for service and repairs."

Electrical questions, answered by experts

A bigger breaker alone probably won’t fix your problem of frequent tripping. But if you upgrade an electrical circuit to a higher amp rating, or upgrade your breaker box to handle more amps, it could solve your tripping problems. Consult a qualified electrician about the best course of action.

Smart glass doesn’t use a lot of electricity, and you can expect a standard window to add between $1 and $2 per year to your electric bills. Smart glass is proof that energy-efficient windows work. Although your smart windows may consume a little energy to operate, they can save enough energy to offset the costs. If you’re concerned about the minimal bump to your electricity consumption, you can opt for smart tint, which doesn’t require electricity to work.

There are various reasons why an electrical outlet can stop working. You might have to do some detective work to understand whether it’s a problem with the attached appliance, the outlet itself, or a faulty breaker. Sometimes, old age or loose wiring are to blame; other times, it can be as simple as an overloaded circuit tripping the system and cutting power. If you’re troubleshooting doesn’t solve the mystery or repairs, or replacements are required, it’s time to call in the pros.

Home power is measured in kilowatt-hours, commonly expressed as kWh. The average home uses between 800 and 1,000 kWh per month. Peak usage (and highest bills) occurs in the middle of summer and the depths of winter. Keeping on top of your usage during these crucial months will lower your annual average usage considerably.

Just like apples in a bunch, one bad outlet can cause other outlets to stop working. This is especially true if the outlets are connected in a series on the same circuit. When one outlet develops a fault, it can spread to every outlet downstream of the original.
