The experience went well. I had used him back in 2005. He had transported my stuff from 3 storage units in Virginia to my new home in Philly.
So I used him again last year. The experience went well. Mark was honest.
Only one challenge: to get timely responses from Mark. But patience paid off with persistent calls.

After I selected Kibbe On the Spot through the other company's website, the owner of the business contacted me twice before the job, to confirm our work request and make arrangements to be here at the right time. He and another man arrived promptly after I let them know the truck was at our home. They worked efficiently and carefully, setting the furniture and boxes on our recently refinished floor without leaving a scuff or dent anywhere. I feel confident recommending these pleasant fellows, and will call them in the future if we need help loading or unloading a truck.
