Here's the thing: I live in the same town as this company. I wanted to go local, keep our money in the town. Initially Don, the owner, came out, spent a few hours in our home, looked at the attic AC unit, chatted it up for 2 hours, and assured us we would be happy with the service. Never ever heard from him again. Not ever. I called the office a few times, maybe 3 to get him to come back or give us a price. I mean we wanted this done so we didn't have to suffer with the heat next year. I think we did speak with him and he said he was going to wait until June 2014 to do the work. I don't know about you but if someone wants to throw money at me for a big big job why wouldn't they do it? I recently called the company (this is being written 4/9/14) maybe a month ago. The brother in law spoke to me, apologized for Don not contacting me back, and assured me he would call me back before Friday (it was Tuesday). Never heard from him again either. If this behavior is at all indicative of what this company does I want no parts of them. Thankfully I was able to find a lovely contractor who has a great big company and they will get every penny of the $32,000 I am going to spend upgrading my heating and air conditioning system.
