I spoke with the owner of the company explaining that I had a pool that was drawing air into the pump and I couldn't figure out why. The owner had told me he could have a guy out the end of the week to check it out and hopefully fix it and that he probably wouldn't charge me full price if I knew generally where the leak was and they didn't have to check the whole pool. I said that's great! A few days later one of his employee's, Craig, came out. Craig looked at the pool, checked a few things, fixed an artificial crack and said it was fixed, charged me full price, and left. I called him back 2 days later and let him know the issue wasn't resolved and asked if he could come back to check it. He said he was busy at the time but would get back to me to come back out and check it. This was over a month ago. I still have not heard back from Craig, or any one from the company about coming back out and doing the job. After all the positive reviews I had seen or heard I felt very comfortable hiring patriot but at this point it feels as though they are dodging me every time I try to contact them. I am very disheartened and frustrated.

They were horrible! Would give 0 stars if I could. First person was ok. Owner was not. Lousy customer service and no follow up at all.

Jeremy checked every inch of the pool - some several times - and finally (after conferring with his boss by phone several times) found a tiny crack in the caulking near the skimmer. It was nearly impossible to see - even when he pointed it out to me. That was the culprit! He filled the crack (after I asked him to). Great Job! No more leaks!

I had called the pool company who had instAlled our in ground pool becAuse it was losing water.  They recommended patriot to determine the source of the leak. This company can scan to determine if the leak is in the liner or where specifically in the underground pipes. I called and left a message on a Wednesday, within a few hours someone from the office called to get further info. The company owner called that evening and set up an appt for the next day. 8am he arrived to check out the situation and promised  to return late afternoon. As promised his assistant arrived around 6pm.  He drove into a green pool and patched the hole. Both the owner and assistant  were professional and polite. Cost was verbally given to me before work was started, and possible outcomes of their results explained to me.  I was very pleased with the work

Patriot visited my house as scheduled as I was experiencing substantial leaking from my in-ground pool.  They told me I was leaking from the skimmer cover gasket.  Advised me to call my pool company to fix it, but also explained how easy a fix it could be and recommended I could do it myself.  I even called back a couple times to have the fix re-explained to me and get some mental reinforcement that I could do the job.  I did the job, it improved overall skimmer function, was very pleased, except my pool was still leaking.
They came back (no charge) and found a leak in my lining.  Fixed it with a patch then they left....pool still leaking...they came back, fixed a different leak with a patch, and left.
So while I was disappointed they had to visit and diagnose multiple times, they NEVER charged me extra, they ALWAYS returned as needed (and I was calling during their busy season..beginning of summer) , and they were apologetic for not finding all the issues at once.  They were sympathetic and at the end of the day, I have had a great summer with my old pool.  I would use them again as they stand by their work.  The main person I spoke with promised me through all the phone calls that  they would not leave me until all the issues were fully resolved and that is exactly what happened.

Following the storm Tuesday my pool started to leak water at approximately 5 inches per hour.  I was afraid I was going to lose my liner since we couldn't keep water in the pool. I  had a lot of branched break off into the pool and given the severity of the storm was not sure what was causing the leak.  They got back to me promptly, came out to my home, identified the leak and fixed it. They were courteous and professional and I cannot thank them enough for taking care of this so quickly.

David came out as scheduled and did a fine job. The price was very competitive, and the leak is fixed. Getting on his schedule was the only challenge!

Dave examined our pool to determine why we're losing several inches of
water a day. He found several spots that were leaking and plugged them.
Most importantly, however, he verified that the main drain was
functioning properly. That would have been a huge problem. Nice to know
contractors like Dave still exist. We were delighted with everything he
did.
Very professional in every regard. A nice guy to know when you have what could be a major problem with your pool.

Dave and his assistant came and went straight to work. I was so afraid this would be an expensive job as the pool store that installed this liner told us it would run another 1200 or so to get leak detection. They used a lot of tools to detect the leak(s) which were unfortunately caused and/or ignored by the company that installed my liner a few months ago. It took very little time and they were done. I am so happy! We have ground water and if you know how that can negatively impact a pool liner- if they water level goes too low the water will go under the liner like a waterbed which is not good. Thank you Dave you are amazing!
