After seeing the price of lock fixture at a hardware store, I started searching for a locksmith. Their response and efficiency was superb! Arrived within 15 minutes of calling them. The lock with new key we're done with 15 minutes. Total cost was half the price of the lock fixture. I'm keeping them on my contact for future use.

After waiting a day and a half for the other locksmith (that we used in the past) to call back, we decided to see if there were other locksmiths in the area. We're glad we did.. We call Jim's and he was over in less than 1/2 hour. Our lock was fixed and he checked and lubricated the front door lock in less than a 1/2 hour. He'll be our new go-to locksmith.

Called on a Saturday morning a Jim was at my house within 30 minutes. Took Jim only 15 minutes to rekey my front door. Highly recommend.

His price was very less than everyone else. He was very polite and prompt. Other locksmiths wanted $300 for the same job. He was excellent. He showed up on time. He was clean, neat, tidy, and polite. The price was right. The keys worked. It's annoying when someone does the work and leaves, and the keys doesn't work. They were on time and clean. I would absolutely use them in the future.
