Spinello Plumbing

Two workers came about 9:15am did the work that ended about 9:50am. The person who was in charge said the cost is $265.50. I was shocked of the cost. I had to ask him to repeat the cost. I don’t believe the cost for the job was worth the cost. I called Spinello after paying with a check to make the complaint about the cost.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from Spinello Plumbing. I'd wanted to replace my old toilet and was getting confusing answers as to which size and type I needed. Bill and Chris at Spinello took the time to explain what toilet would best suit my bathroom. Larry and Terry of Spinello did the installation and were not only professional and friendly, but very informative. The installation of the new toilet went very smoothly and so did the clean-up. Would definitely use their services again.

My wife called me up to say the kitchen was clogged. When I got home, I took apart the kitchen trap only to find that it was clean. I also snaked past the trap and found nothing. When I walked down to the basement, the sinks next to the washer were practically overflowing. By the time I tried snaking the main sewer line to no avail, it was 11:30 p.m. I called Spinello and got their answering service. A plumber promptly called back within 5 minutes. He spent a lot of time trying to walk me through the process. Early next morning the plumber showed up and did a through job cleaning the main sewer line. He had my wife run the water and flush the toilets various times to insure the line was properly cleaned. I called the plumber after the fact and he explained exactly what he did. The price charged was reasonable. They are also licensed. I would definitely use them in the future for big plumbing jobs I cannot handle.

I had received 3 estimates when a friend recommended Spinello. A couple of the estimates were outrageous (A J Perri was the absolute highest). He was the 2nd least expensive but I liked his professionalism and detailed estimate. Plus he is located one mile from my house and I felt very comfortable with him. He came over the same day that I called to give an estimate. He required no deposit just an ok to do the job. They came when promised, did the job in one day, as promised, were neat and clean and everything is working beautifully.

He came right over. He did not give me a hard time. He was honest and fair and he is a good guy.

I have known him for years and years. He is fair in his prices and he does a very good job. I think he's good. Because he knows me, he lets me pay when I can. Sometimes he's so busy he doesn't answer his phone on time. He's the only one I use.

He was neat, clean, polite, and very professional. I asked him for an estimate, he said about 189.00, unless he ran into a main problem, or had to replace something. The bill came to $218.28, because he had to replace a plug. He cleaned up the mess that sewerage makes, washed the broom that he used, left it nice and clean and made sure all the lights in the basment were out. so, things went very well.

THIS COMPANY WAS GOOD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND THEY STAYED WITHIN THE ESTIMATE. THERE WAS ALSO NO NEED TO COMPARE THE PRICE.
