 + -1 moreMother is hhappy with mattress and extra items are in use. Sleep's stood behind their product and service. They were professional and prompt. Retraction of original problem.
Description of Work: Originally had problem with mattress for mother. Took quite a long time to contact someone that would handle the problem. Finally a customer service supervisor handled the problem. We receive a new and better mattress, but it was cheaper than original one and we had to chose other items to make up the difference, instead of refund.

 + 0 moreThe people were polite and friendly. The only problem I have had is with the financing. They told me I would be billed $186/month in order to get it all paid off within a year. Instead, I am being billed about $20/month.
Description of Work: I went in to buy a twin bed with box spring and mattress and also a full size bed with box spring and mattress.
