As of Aug 26th, I did not have my hearing aids nor could Miracle Ear tell me when I would receive them (the initial appt was in May) I mentioned I had several events for which I needed them and they just did not care. I was told that they had staffing problems, but they did not notify me. My past experience with hearing aid providers is that it takes 1 month at the most, not more than 3 months

Miracle Ear does a number of tests, they help you with everything. He is very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. They are really great at Miracle Ear.
