Legend Air Heating & Cooling

Not many companies like Legend Air around anymore. Everyone should use them. I recently signed a yearly maintenance contract for my 10-year old HVAC system with a different HVAC company. The service guy from that company came and tried to sell me a new unit costing thousands of dollars, predicting all kinds of dire scenarios this winter if I didn't replace the system. Instead, I decided to get a second opinion and reached out to a friend who recommended Ron, the owner of Legend AIr. Ron came and inspected my system yesterday and assured me that there is no need for replacements. In fact, he felt confident that it should be functional for the next several years!! Ron, unlike a majority in the industry, believes in repairs and not just replacements. He is clearly very knowledgeable and skilled in his work. I should mention here that I shared with Ron the other company's report before he even began inspecting my system, so he had every opportunity to prescribe expensive replacements if he wanted to. Instead Ron was honest and didn't take advantage of my situation. I couldn't have been more impressed with his integrity, knowledge, and professionalism. Ron Miller of Legend Air is an honest, responsive, dependable and experienced professional -- an increasingly rarity these days. He now has a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend Legend Air.

Tom and his son (family business) arrived before 10 am Monday and proceeded without incident to remove the old coil, duct work, lines, and compressor from original location. They located the new compressor in a different area that we chose, re-built the duct, and ran new lines to the coil. The lines were neatly routed above/between the basement beams without being asked which will make it easier for future finishing. I am very pleased with the friendly natures of both father and son and the excellent service they provided.
