Charged a ridiculous amount of money for services and items that were never provided?refused to refund my money and also refused to return the keys he took to my fence?asked several times in writen correspondence and he still refused to return my keys?I had to change my locks..who does this???do yourself a favor buy a lawnmower you are better off
