Hess Gas

I have never had such disrespectful treatment from any such establishment as I did at this Speedway gas station, a gas station I use several times a week located at 1620 US Highway 22 West Bound Brook, NJ 08805 (732) 271-9042. First, the gas station attendant, DELBERT, started putting REGULAR gas in my car when I asked for PREMIUM, luckily I noticed right away and got him to stop and put in premium, to which he proceeded to tell me about MY car and how it would be ok to put regular gas in a car that takes premium. Then I turn around and see him leaning on my brand new (white) car with his dirty gas station vest, to which I had to ask him to get off my car. Here's the best part It was the afternoon of Halloween (I was in a work uniform, not a costume), so upon returning my card he told me "Happy Halloween, don't forget to take off your mask" Needless to say, I will not be returning to a business establishment who employs and condones their staff to treat and talk to paying customers in such a disrespectful way, regardless of their prices.

I'd like to mention what a life saver The Hess corporation was during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in New Jersey. We were all suffering on so many levels. Trying to find affordable gas for transportation was one of the many difficulties we were experiencing. I'd like to commend Hess for providing an easy to use website. This site indicated where their stations were and exactly how many gallons of gas they had on tap. This enabled us to find a place that was not going to run out of fuel before we arrived. We drove out to Woodbridge, where they had 2 stations close by. Both stations used a very efficient system, enabling us to get through the gas line with very little wait time. This was a tremendously great experience at a time when everything else in our lives seemed to be falling apart. Great thanks to Hess, and we're now customers for life. We're also so pleased they have renovated their station on Route 440 in Jersey City where we live. Thanks HESS!
