I couldn't be happier with Joe's work and price!

He is very honest, very knowledgable. I just had him do my annual service. He's very patient and always makes sure he gets the job done right. I like him.

This was our second time using their services. He is always prompt and friendly. We needed the unit cleaned and serviced so we hadn't put the new filter in yet. He pointed out the filter change fixed our problem with getting up to temperature. The opportunity was sure there to say oh I had to replace x for big bucks, but he was honest with us. He's also discussed how when the time comes that we're ready to replace this old unit how we can accomplish that within a much smaller budget than another company had once told us. I'll use him every time I have an issue and will use him for the new unit also! If I could rate him higher than A, I would!
