This man's work is excellent if you can get him to show up. He'll tell you he'll be there, if you're lucky he'll call to reschedule but that doesn't mean he'll actually come when he told you he would. I'd rather he just be honest and say that it's above his level or he's not interested rather than leave you thinking that he's coming. He's a nice enough man but not at all reliable.

I HAVE BEEN ACQUAINTED WITH THE OWNER FOR 35 YEARS. I HAVE FULL CONFIDENCE IN HIS CAPABILITIES. HE IS A FULL SERVICE PLUMBER AND CAN DO BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL JOBS. HE EVEN TOOK CARE OF THE OLD WATER HEATER.
