Jerzy was great. He picked up my elliptical from the store (after the store was unable to deliver on time as promised), delivered it, and assembled it quickly. He was responsive to emails, professional, flexible about adding in the pick-up & delivery at the last minute, and the price was right. He was a pleasure to work with.

They really went the extra mile taking the equipment apart piece by piece until it was small enough to get through the opening. They then had to lift, turn on end, and maneuver the VERY heavy piece through two narrow doorways with side wall bottlenecks, and carry it safely into our basement exercise room. They were very careful with the machine and the door frames and walls, then quickly reassembled the machine in perfect working order. They even added some lube to the machine, did a performance test and reset, and suggested how to do DIY routine maintenance to make sure the Elliptical was working at its prime. Very knowledgeable about exercise equipment, hard working, and very professional.
