Greg was the nicest guy. So personable, and very kind. He kept in touch with me throughout, did an amazing job and actually showed up here exactly when he said he would. I would recommend him to anybody!

The work was great including the price. Will be using Gregg again and will recommend him to family and friends.

Greg did a great job finishing up a project that I was thinking about trying myself. Between the price he charged, and the warranty he gives on his work, it was a no-brainer choosing him to do the job. He did a fantastic job, and the fact that he was a pleasure to deal with is just icing on the cake. Hire this guy. :)

My parents' tub enamel started wearing away after 10 years of use. I researched refinishers for them since they are seniors and don't do "the Internet." Greg asked to bid on this project and not only was he able to beat other quotes he also provided the same warranty on the work. My parents' tub looks brand new. The caulking is super precise/neat. While I wasn't there when the work was done they told me Greg was a pleasure in person and super neat, quick, and efficient. They were very happy with the process and finished product.

The work was done on schedule and the result was great.

After experiencing a few duds to reglaze my bathroom I came across Greg and Next Step Refinishing. From the beginning Greg was helpful and informative. When the job was completed he explained everything thoroughly and was very detailed. My bathroom looks brand new. We went from old 1930s green and black tile to a nice clean white finish. More than 24 hours later and the smell is non existent as well. Would highly recommend Greg and Next Step Refinishing.

Greg was very professional and knowledgeable from start to finish. He turned our ugly blue tub and tile to bright white and we couldn’t be happier! Would definitely use him again and highly recommend.

This was a great experience from the first contact to the finished job. We moved into our condo which has a modern bathroom except the tub and surround were a dreadful color! I cannot believe what a fantastic difference Greg made to our horrible (peach!) colored jacuzzi tub and tiled surround - he literally has saved us thousands as our only other option was to rip out a perfectly good tub! I would hire him again in a heartbeat :) P.S in case you've heard anything about the smell, don't worry. It's not especially lovely whilst the spraying is going on (I escaped to the local coffee shop) but really fades pretty quickly - at time of writing this review it's 16 hours after the work was done and the smell is completely gone.
