AWNING DESIGN

When we placed the orders in mid July, we were told that they usually would be installed within four weeks. The finished products were not available for installation until the second week of September. When they did show up for the installation, the awnings went up with no problem but the solar screens were four inches less wide than they should have been. They put a rush on the replacement and I was able to have them installed by the following week. However, after they were installed, they realized that they did not bring the remotes necessary to operate the screens with them. Since my electrician was coming first thing in the morning, I asked them to get the remotes to me ASAP. To their credit, the remotes were delivered by 8 a.m. the following morning. My electrician has arrived by then. Luckily the electrician has other prep work to do while Awning Design programmed my remote. Bottom line, the job took 3 visits when it should have taken one. These headaches aside, I was happy with the quality of the products.
