John/owner did such an exceptional job powerwashing my home, it looks beautiful. He started the job the day after hiring him and was so professional and such a nice guy! Would highly recommend him!

This was a very traumatic experience for me. I have never had a project go so wrong. The paint job was inadequate. The provider had paint chips all over my property, inside my central air unit, as well paint chips in the daycare next door. The day care provider had to address the provider, and there is still some paint chips in the daycares yard. There is still a large amount of paint chips all over my property, as well as all in the roof of my home, in which the provider told me I have to wait for it to rain, or for it to be windy in order for the paint chips to be removed from my roof. It s obvious the provider did follow the proper steps for exterior painting of my home. Once the lose paint was pressure was off, the provider did not sand down/scrap the old paint. My home was not primed. When I questioned the provider he claimed it was in the paint. After applying the first coat, the provider told me it was done, he claimed he coated my entire house twice in one day. The home looked horrible. The next day he came out to my home and I told him that was unacceptable. He tried blaming it on the sun. That same he returned to my home with some flat ceiling paint. He left and didn t return until the next day. The following day I questioned him about trying to use ceiling paint on my home and he said that was not ceiling paint and went out to get more. He took the old paint cans, and returned with a 2 I gallon paint cans, and one old 5 gallon of paint can. I questioned was that new or did he dump the criling paint inside that old 5 gallon can. I asked him to sand the edges of the windows at the peak of my home because if he didn t, that paint was going to peel. He did not do it and just painted over it again. I know without a shadow of a doubt that the paint on my home will start peeling because it was not painted properly from beginning to end. When you look at the pictures, it will confirm everything I m stating in my complaint. This is my first time putting in a complaint, but the experience was that bad, and I know I m going to have to do this process all over again. If he wasn t capable of handling the job, he should not have book it. He appeared overwhelmed, and I had to pay for it. Also, I had a lot of paint in my ac unit because it was not covered up when he pressure washed the paint off the home. I dont know how the paint was removed out of my unit. When I came over to take a look, my entire ac unit was wet, and is now humming when it s running. My unit is new. It was installed last summer and did not hum while running.

Great pricing! Satisfied with overall outcome with the house painting. Would consider John for other projects.

Good honest cintractor

The house painting work looks excellent! John was efficient, pleasant, and great at getting the house exterior painted in a reasonable amount of time.Two of my neighbors told me they were impressed with his work and asked me to share his company's info with them. I plan to use this company again for other work at the house.

Power washed the house, we get too much mold out here in Marlton. Then painted the brick on the front of the house and the chimney.

Ceiling repair after second floor bathroom leak. Good patch work; even came back to do second coat and then paint to be sure no visible stain on living room ceiling.
