As time went on, the service deteriorated. We made the mistake of giving them a key. Then, when we discontinued using the service, we couldn't get our key back. After repeated calls and requests, our key was not returned.
A few months later, we were desperate and we called them at the last minute to clean the house. To their credit, they did respond and came to clean the next day. But, suddenly the price was different - and of course was higher. Rosie stated that the reason for the price increase was because the house was "dustier" than normal. Really? It was apparent that she was gouging us on the price because we called at the last minute and we hadn't used the service in a while. And, she didn't advise us of the increased price until the job was almost done. The only good part was that we got our key back.
Bottom line - we won't use them again - EVER! I hope they enjoyed the extra profit on their final cleaning of our house. They won't be seeing future business from us.

We pride ourselves in customer service and satisfaction as stated on our testimonials by numerous customers on sites such as Google and merchant circle. As the President of Maid 2 EcoClean I always sent out invoices and emails listing my information and I never received even a call from you to report this incident. I can assure you that if contacted the situation would have been rectified. I reviewed all transactions that took place with your residence and during my review I noticed prior to your last cleaning there had been two previous cleanings both of which were the Deluxe Package. Your last cleaning was the Premier package which covered top to bottom spring cleaning. There is quite a difference in areas covered as you may have noticed on our website www.maid2ecoclean.com which is why your price was an additional $50. I'm not sure how it is stated as time went on when we only visited your home twice prior to May 2011.
