Amazing company, a throw back to the days of Pride in Workmanship and wanting to please your client.
This company was contacted by our landlord to come and clean an area of carpet that was effected by a small backup of the sewer pipe. They called to get some information, showed up on time, informed us of what they would be doing and also informed us that because of the odor it might take more than a single treatment to get rid of it. We felt completely at ease with them as they were obviously being honest and reputable with us.
They performed the work, all the while talking to us like we were old friends. They cleaned upi their equipment, inspected what they had done and gave us their business card informing us that if we needed they would return and retreat the area to get rid any lingering odors.
After a few days, we felt that we could still smell a slight odor from the carpet. We called them and they arrived on time, the same day to retreat the area.
They did an excellent job and I would whole heartedly recommend these people to anyone.

Will never use anyone else. This family owned company are able to clean the unexpected and restore your carpets to looking almost new. Most importantly your carpets and upolstery will feel clean! They will be coming back this week to finish the upstairs!

It was excellent. They came in and did a professional job. They were courteous. They were done and in and out in no time. The price was good, I had shopped around. When I called, they told me what time they would be here and they were here.

Came on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were pleasant, even gave us a break on the price!  Were honest about which spots would likely not come out, worked very h****** the family room carpet and it turned out great!

I called this company, told then what I needed them to do and the office gave me an estimated price that they said would go up or down after their crew actually viewed the items for cleaning.

Jack and Mike were on time and professional.

 I had originally asked for a quote on a futon that my cat had an accident on as well but, because of the microfiber fabric, they talked me out of steam cleaning it.  They said the microfiber would let the steam and water in, but any cat urine that was left inside would activate and smell and it would take a long time for the futon to dry.  They recommended surface cleaning the microfiber and putting the cushion outside on a dry, hot, sunny day to break down any cat urine molecules left after I had already soaked the futon in Miracle Cleaner for cat urine.  I'll try it.

We agreed on a price for the rest of the furniture and rug then Mike  METICULOUSLY cleaned every inch of my sectional and chair then steam cleaned my rug with a different steam head.  Jack didn't do much except help move the cushions around for cleaning and setting them to dry and then help put the equipment away.  They said mine was really a one-man job but that their next job would most likely require two men so Jack was getting a bit of a break during my job.  The job took them about 2.5 hours, I paid them and they left.  Everything was dry by 4:30 pm.  I would recommend them and use them again.

THE JOB WAS PRICED TO HIGH FOR WHAT THEY DID ,THEY SIMPLY STEAMED THE CARPET WITH A LONG CARPET STEAMER ,THEY DID NOT MOVE ANY FUNITURE THEY CLEANED AROUND THE FURNITURE AND SOME AREAS SITILL WAS NOT TOUCHED OR CLEANED THEY DID NOT CLEAN THE STAIRS WELL  AND THEY DID NOT INSPECT THEIR WORK WITH ME(THEY DID A FAST JOB) TAKING IN ACCOUNT THAT I AM A DISABLE PERSON AND I WAS ALONE,HOWEVER THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGBLE ABOUT THE CARPETING THAT I HAD AND MADE SOME RECOMMEDATIONS ANDTHAT I SHOULD REPLACE MY CARPET AND PURCHASE FROM ONE OF THEIR VENDORS AND I SHOULD SEE THEM IN SIX MONTHS,UNLIKELY!. ON TOP OF THAT THEY  WERE EXTREMELY LATE FOR APPTMT,  MY APPTMT WAS AT 10:30AM THEY ARRIVED AT 12:55PM. NO STAIN PROTECTANT WAS USED OR CARPET FRESHENER.   DON'T HAVE ANYONE CONTACT ME EVER AGAIN PLEASE! THANK YOU
