My wife and I recently purchased a new home and we decided to used our previous home as an investment property. I contacted Webster's Property Management (WPM) because I needed all the holes that were made from pictures and TVs being hung over the years and I also wanted a fresh coat of paint throughout the house. This company did a phenomenal job! I was fortunate enough to fit into their schedule and they were able to started on the work right away. The crew were prompt and got started early and were extremely professional, which speaks volumes to the management of the organization. My wife and I are very particular about the details and WPM far exceeded our expectations. My wife told me yesterday, "The house looks like it did when brought it new 8 1/2 years ago." So far. so good.....Derrick is conscientious about the work being performed, whether it is done by him or one of his workers. The work is very good and he goes above and beyond to accommodate. This review will be updated once the work is completed.......however, that being said, based on what has been done so far, I would recommend Websters Property Management to others and will definitely use them for future projects.
