About us

Settled In only has one employee, company owner Leah Hallahan. While she is the sole employee, we do have painting and flooring contacts if you are looking to do that in your new home. In terns of billing, Settled In charges $200.00 per day with a maximum of 6 days. We require a $200.00 deposit upon signing of our contract and the remaining balance is due once service is completed. Currently we are accepting payment of cash or check.

Settled In is an unpacking service for moving into your new home. We will be there on moving day to clean, and unpack your belongings. We make sure your rooms are organized and staged for maximum efficiency. We will have your belongings unpacked and put away, as well as remove all packing supplies in a matter of 3-4 days. We also offer to purchase any additional items your new space may need to make your home feel complete., organize
