Sargent Builders and Home Improvement LLC

This has been going on 3 years with no complet9ion. We have been after him and after him. I consulted a lawyer an had the contractor sign an agreement to complete the work and it didn't mean anything. This has been a nightmare.

I will definitely go ahead with them. It is just that we do not have time now so it is hard to do any work yet. We are in the process of securing permits. We will likely work in the spring. We  have agreed on the project. It is just a matter of the right timing. They were very responsive and knowledgeable. They were good listeners in terms of understanding what we wanted and what we think we needed, their turn around in terms of the design, support with securing the zoning variance that we needed and now we are just in the process of securing the permit. We just got that improved, though back in November. I did do some shopping around but we found Sargent Builders at the photo of your home show and developed a good relationship with him then I looked at Angie's List for some possible alternates but it just seemed that the other price was ridiculously high.
