Home Building
The day after he cut up our tree, he took out some trees in our neighbors yard. He cut down a tree and caused it to fall directly onto our house, damaging our rain gutter. He said he would pay for all damages and repairs to our rain gutter. He even signed a paper stating he would pay to fix it. Since then, he has been ignoring our phone calls, emails, and letters. He is refusing to pay for the damage that he caused. I found out from his ex-business partner that he has done this same type of thing to other people, not finishing work or collecting money for work and never showing up. Now, I have to pay to fix the rain gutter that he damaged.
