It did not go well. There are new rules for adding on addition to your home, right now I do not have strength to explain.

The project is still out for bid, we joined Angie's List to help seek out more reliable contractors.
Description of Work: We saw PBR's ad in a local magazine and called about an estimate to remodel kitchen, add a sun room or deck and replace the siding. Steve came out and we rescheduled a follow-up call so that Steve and his partner could get measurements for the suggested design. He called the day of the appointment and said that he had a funeral to attend and we rescheduled for Saturday. On Sat., Steve never showed up or called. I left two follow-up calls, they were never returned. A waste of our time.

This member posted this comment in 2008 and has yet to do anywork on his home that we had discussed 4 years ago. We met with him several times and were unable to have a meeting with he and his wife at the same time. On one occasion he did not want me to come in the home, but rather sit outside on a 25 degree day and discuss the project because his young children would be disturbed with me at the table. We are a professional company that has been ranked amongst the top 500 remodelers in the USA since 2003, have been named to the Remodelers Hall of Fame or Big 50 in 2005 and voted one of the best remodelers in South Jersey by the readers of the Courier Post. We treat each and every one of our customers as if they were our only customer, but we do ask for mutual respect and the ability to meet with all the parties interested in the decision (if its a in-law suite we ask the in-laws be there too) to allow us to design a project that will meet or exceed all of the customers expectations. I was suprised to see that our cost was too high and that we took to long since we did not do any work for this customer, had we performed work they would have been pleased with our quality and value. Volumes of customers over the years have consistently ranked us among the best companies they have ever worked with.
