Well they didn't know how to take off the cover to my filter and they broke it in the process and they never said anything about it and when I saw it I went back to the guy and the guy try to say all kinds of things try to flip the script and say well it was hard to get off it poor design I said to him yeah but the dealer has no problem getting it off and he said well how's the dealer get it off well I'm not a mechanic so he wouldn't replace it and he said all the parts are connected he said suppose I give you two free oil changes so I just looked at him your giving me two free oil changes but I'm not coming back here.
