"Thank you, Ms [Member Name Removed]. We appreciate your comments. I would like to point out total charges included tuning AND repairs. Thank you again for the kind thoughts."
"We are very sorry for the dissatisfaction. We were not aware. We DO take exceptional steps to keep our clients happy. The piano was severely out of tune, extremely low in pitch. As standard procedure we raised the pitch and tuned it three weeks later. We were never notified of a complaint. Had we been notified of the issue we definitely would have responded. The work was done in February and this complaint wasn't posted until October, ten months later. Remember, the piano has gone through winter (Feb.) Spring, Summer and then into Fall (October). The seasonal changes alone can and do cause the pitch to change - especially after experiencing a pitch raise. I ideally pianos should be tuned twice a year - early summer and early winter, after the season changes. We wish we could have been notified, and notified sooner. We do not like to have C grade or unhappy clients. I do appreciate the caveat that it could have been the piano, but still , we weren't given the chance to make things right. Raising the pitch on a piano is sometimes an unpleasant issue. We are very successful in a two step process, but sometimes it takes more. We're very sorry there was dissatisfaction. Let us know so we can help."
"Thank you!"
