Not quite sure what happened at the shop but I used to be a loyal customer until my last experience.
Had my car in to repair front-end damage and ran into two issues.
Issue 1: Received my car back and my radio wasn't functioning.  In the process of diagnosing the radio they placed a gouge in my dash using the wrong tool to remove a trim panel.  The manager refused to pay to repair the radio or fix the gouge.  When contacted by my insurance company he told them my radio wasn't working when the car was dropped off, but told me that when they get in the car they don't even check the radio, they shut it right off.
Issue 2: It took the shop three attempts to have the bumper and front fender line up flush, requiring two trips back to the shop and wasted time.
This experience turned me from a repeat customer with multiple referrals to one who will never bring a vehicle in for repair
