Great experience with John and Michael. They worked with us during the planning process to keep the project within our budget.Communication was great, keep the work area clean and cleaned up after work daily. Work was finished on a fast timeline and they made sure any issues we had, were resolved immediately.

Didn't even get to start the job because we couldn't get passed getting them to my home to give an estimate. Poor communication between John and his employees which resulted in poor communication back to me. Tried giving me an estimate before seeing what actually needs to be done. Asking me if I could afford the potential cost before I could even get an estimate. The communication that I did have with John and his team left a bad taste in my mouth.

These guys were amazing! John and his crew did a marvelous job to our new bathroom and floors. John is very responsive and goes above and beyond! We’ll definitely recommend them!

I hired JAD a few weeks ago for a small but detail-oriented house. It wasn’t an easy job, but they so far have gone above and beyond. The quality of their workmanship is very good, and I’ve also been happy with the good communication—a rare but important quality. The bathroom remodeling went beyond my expectations. It started on time, on the day that I requested, and the work was finished one day ahead of schedule. The entire bathroom was gutted out, including replacement of heavy iron bathtub with a new acrylic one that had to be rotated in a space that was smaller than the bathtub diagonal (I thought this will be impossible but they made it happened!). The job was handled by 2 separate companies (father and son): Darcom Construction and JAD Remodeling, but mostly by Darcom. Michael (Darcom) was very helpful during the entire process - from scheduling to the finishing touches. I love the new bathroom. The comments that I am getting range from "REALLY NICE" to "amazing". I would definitely hire them again.
